We understand that plans change! Here’s how to request a cancellation for orders placed through our new Shopify-powered store (effective June 2, 2025):
🛒 Can I cancel my order myself?
Not at this time — but you may be able to request a cancellation if your order hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet.
🔔 Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee we can stop the order in time.
You can request a cancellation through your account:

Visit our website and click Log In
Enter your email and verify using the one-time passcode (OTP)
Navigate to Orders
If the order is still pending, you may see a "Cancel Order" button
Click it to send a cancellation request to our support team
📌 Once the request is submitted and the order is canceled, it cannot be undone
🔔 Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation
📦 What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, once delivered, you can return eligible items based on our return policy.
