“Confirmed” means your order was successfully submitted and is now processing.
🕒 Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Orders placed after 12 PM ET are processed the next business day
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipping
⏳ During peak sales, processing may take longer
📦 Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email and your status will update to “Shipped.”

❓I got an order email I didn’t place — what’s going on?
So sorry for the confusion! 🛠️ During a recent system update, some old order emails were accidentally sent out (some as old as 2014-2018!). These refer to past orders and are not linked to any new purchase.
If you use the Shop app, a past order may have also triggered a recent alert or notification.
