🎁 2025 Holiday Return Policy
Effective Date: July 8, 2025
📅 Policy Overview
During the 2025 holiday season, you have 45 days from the date of original receipt (as noted in delivery tracking) to return new, unworn seasonal items.
This policy applies to purchases from our Halloween (launching July 8), Thanksgiving (launching July 8), and Holiday Family Pajama collections (launching August 4).
🎃 Holiday-Themed Item Exception
To ensure timely processing and inventory accuracy, holiday-themed items must be returned before the associated holiday date, even if the 45-day window has not yet expired.
For example:
- Halloween items cannot be returned on or after October 31
- Thanksgiving items cannot be returned on or after November 28
- Christmas-themed items (including holiday pajamas) may be returned through January 4, 2026, even if delivered closer to the holiday

Item Condition:
- New, unworn, and in restockable condition
- Free from debris (including pet hair)
- With original tags or packaging
- If purchased as part of a set, the entire set must be returned
Timing: Returns must be dropped off or postmarked within 45 days of the delivery date, unless the item falls under the holiday cutoff listed above.
