When will my order shipped?
We aim to ship your orders as fast as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours, while weekend orders usually go out the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on it way
NOTE: Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories are not eligible for free or standard shipping.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout
Standard (USPS or FedEx): 4-12 business days
Ground: 3-6 business days
Priority: 2-3 business days
My order is taking longer than expected.
During high-volume sale periods – like holidays, major promotions, or sales – processing may take a bit longer.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Within 30 minutes of placing your order:
You may be able to update your address directly from your order confirmation page using the “Change Shipping Address” option.
After 30 minutes (but before shipping):

If your order has already shipped:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change or reroute the delivery once it’s in transit. In this case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for possible delivery options.
Is international shipping available?
We currently ship within the United States only. Currently, international shipping is not available, including shipments to Canada.
