✅ Eligible Items for Gift Returns:

• Purchased from the Burt’s Bees Baby website only

• Must be unwashed, with original tags and packaging

• If part of a gift set, the entire set must be returned

• Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bag Gift Sets, Final Sale and some  promotional items are not returnable

• Gift returns are issued as store credit and only for the original purchase value

• Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requested within 30 days of the original order from the delivery date 

• If the gift giver’s info is missing and the item is in stock (not final sale), store credit is issued at the lowest sale price in the last 30 days

❓ I received a gift but don’t know who it’s from — can you help?

We’d love to help! Sometimes the gift giver forgets to mark the order as a gift or include a note.

Please send us:

• The item names or SKU numbers (on the back of the tags)

• The tracking number from the shipping label

• Your full name and shipping address

We’ll do our best to find out who sent your gift!
