šŸ” Return to SenderUpdated 2 months ago

If you received a package marked ā€œReturn to Sender,ā€ it means the delivery was unsuccessful and has been sent back to us. This can happen for a few reasons:

šŸ” Common Reasons:

  • 🚫 Incorrect Address: The address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

  • 🚪 No One Available: Delivery was attempted, but no one was there to receive it.

  • šŸ™…ā€ā™€ļø Package Refused: The recipient declined to accept the shipment.

  • šŸ“¬ Unclaimed: The package wasn’t picked up from the post office or delivery point in time.

šŸ“¬ What Happens Next?

When an order is returned to us, the items are restocked. Ā If we are notified before the returned items arrive, you can arrange to either:

  • Be refunded (stock permitting), or

  • Have the items reshipped (stock permitting).

āŒ Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment without authorization, you’ll be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.

🚚 Redirecting an Order

Once your order is in transit, itĀ cannot be rerouted to a different address.
If the address was incorrect and the package is returned to us, your order will be refunded minus any shipping fees.

āœ… Please double-check your address at checkout before placing your order.

šŸ“¦ Want to try managing the delivery yourself?
You can contact the carrier directly — many offer delivery management tools like:

  • FedEx Delivery Manager

  • UPS My Choice

  • USPS Informed Delivery

These tools may allow you to customize delivery times, hold packages, or request alternate delivery options.
Note: Availability and options depend on the carrier, shipping method, and timing — and are not guaranteed.
