Don’t worry — this can happen from time to time, especially during busy delivery periods. Here's what to do:


✅ Step-by-Step: What to Do First

  1. ⏳ Wait 2 days.
    Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” prematurely. They often show up within a day or two.

  2. 🔍 Check around your property.
    Look in common delivery spots (porch, mailbox, garage, side door, etc.). Also ask neighbors, building staff, or anyone else who might’ve accepted the package.

  3. 📞 Contact the carrier.
    They may have additional details — like delivery location or notes from the driver.


🚨 Still Can’t Find It? Here's What We Need

If the package hasn’t arrived after 2 days, you must contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. After 7 days, we’re unable to take further action with the carrier.

📬 If you selected Standard Shipping, please note:  Carriers typically don’t allow formal claims on these shipments. However, we can still escalate the issue — we just need the following details:

  • 🔍 Tracking number

  • 📅 Noted delivery date and time

  • 🏡 Verified shipping address

  • 📦 Carrier claim or trace number (if available)

  • 📸 Delivery photo from the carrier, and whether it matches your address
