If your package or item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • šŸ“¦ A photo of the outer packaging (especially if visibly damaged)

Once reviewed, we’ll follow up with next steps and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


🚫 Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you believe it was stolen, we take these matters seriously.

Please contact us within 48 hours of the noted delivery date and include:

  • šŸ“… The delivery date and time

  • šŸ“· Camera footage showing the delivery area, if available

  • šŸ“ A copy of the police report (or report confirmation)
