Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes! You can change your order 30 minutes after it's placed. Just open your order confirmation email and click the View/Edit your order button. If cancellation is still available, you’ll see a Cancel Order button – click it to confirm your order cancellation.
I missed the 30-minute edit window, can I can still cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation if your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. You can submit a cancellation request to our customer service team at [email protected].
While we do our best to honor your request, cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered our processing system.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can update your shipping address directly on your order status page. Click the View your Order button in your order confirmation email. If address changes are still allowed, you’ll see a Change Shipping Address button to modify your address.
If the 'Change Shipping Address' button is no longer visible and your order has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to submit an address update request.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we can not modify an order once it has left our warehouse.
I made a mistake in my order and ordered the wrong size/color. Can I change it?
No worries—you can change the size/color of your item right from your order status page. Just click View your order in your order confirmation email to adjust quantities, swap items, or change your shipping address. You'll see the "Edit order" option to update your order in the Change order section as long as you're still within the time window and the order hasn't been shipped.
