🔐 Having Trouble Staying Logged In?

We’ve recently updated to Shopify’s new Customer Accounts system. If you're finding that you’re being asked to log in multiple times or are getting logged out when navigating around the site, here’s what’s going on — and how to fix it:

🤔 Why is this happening?
Sometimes, your session (how the site keeps you logged in) can time out. This may make it look like you're still logged in on your account page, but the system has actually logged you out behind the scenes — causing repeated login prompts when you click back to the homepage or other pages.

🛠️ How to fix it:

  1. 🔓 Log out fully from your account.

  2. 🧹 Clear your browser’s cookies and cache (for our site).

  3. 🔁 Log back in using the updated login flow.
