We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make returns simple and stress-free.

Choose any convenient Return Bar location for drop-off — no packaging or label needed.
Free returns only apply to drop-offs at Return Bar locations.
If you choose to ship your return yourself, you are responsible for the shipping label cost.
Burt’s Bees Baby does not reimburse return shipping fees.
If you have questions about your return, please contact us before shipping your return.
If you are returning nine or more items, you may need to submit two separate return requests.

💸 Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Purchased with a Visa/Mastercard/AMEX gift card? Keep it until your refund is complete.
Purchased via AfterPay? AfterPay will be notified to process your refund.
Please keep a copy of your receipt or tracking info until your refund is finalized.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or final sale status. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
✅ Eligible Items
Must be unwashed, unworn, and free of debris (including pet hair)
Must include original tags and packaging
If purchased as a set, the entire set must be returned
Underwear is returnable only if unworn and in original packaging
Final Sale items, Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bags, and gift cards are non-returnable
Returns must be made within 2 weeks of return authorization—expired returns cannot be reauthorized
Returns not meeting these conditions, or without prior authorization, will not be refunded or returned
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If you find a product defect or quality issue, please use the REPORT QUALITY button above to contact us.
We will offer a merchandise credit or a replacement of the same style and size.
Quality issues include defects in fabric, construction (zippers, snaps, buttons), or trims.

We only accept returns for items purchased on burtsbeesbaby.com.
For items bought elsewhere, please follow the return policy of that retailer.
