Q: Do I need to create a new account?

Nope! Starting June 2, just use the email address associated with your past orders to log in. You’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) in your inbox—no password required.

Q: How do I log in with the new system?

Step 1: Go to our website and click Log In
Step 2: Enter your email address
Step 3: Check your inbox for a 6-digit one-time passcode
Step 4: Enter the passcode to access your account

It’s that simple—no password to remember!

Q: Can I use Shop Pay at checkout?

Yes! You can now speed through checkout with Shop Pay, Shopify’s secure and lightning-fast payment method. It also helps you track orders and manage purchases in one place.

Q: What is the Shop app, and should I download it?

The Shop app (by Shopify) helps you:

• Track orders in real time

• Receive delivery updates

• Reorder your favorites easily

• Manage all your orders in one place

Q: What if I placed an order before June 2, 2025?

Orders placed before June 2 (with order numbers starting with 100) will still be trackable through our previous system.
Orders placed on or after June 2 (starting with BBB-) will appear in the new Shopify order system.
