An item is missing from my package. What should I do?
We’re so sorry about the mix-up! Please follow these quick steps so we can make it right:
1. Check your packing slip to ensure your order is complete
2. Email us at [email protected] with your order number along with a photo of the items you received. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
What if I sent my package to the wrong address?
You have 30minutes after placing your order to update your shipping address directly on your order status page. Click the View your Order button in your order confirmation email. If address changes are still allowed, you’ll see a Change Shipping Address button to modify your address.
