📦 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Updated 3 months ago

Yes — we’re happy to help update your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t started processing.

📩 Please contact us ASAP with your Order Number (found in your confirmation email), along with the full name, updated address, city, state, and ZIP code you'd like us to ship to.


🚚 What if my package has already shipped?

Once a package has shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to reroute it.

We know that’s frustrating — so please double-check your address before placing your order. If you catch a mistake, reach out right away and we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t left our facility.

🚚 Redirecting an Order

Once your order is in transit, it cannot be rerouted or edited by us.
If the address was incorrect and the package is returned to us, your order will be refunded minus any shipping fees.
