Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Updated a month ago

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can update your shipping address directly on your order status page. Click the View your Order button on your order confirmation email. If address changes are still allowed, you’ll see a Change Shipping Address button to modify your address.

If the 'Change Shipping Address' button is no longer visible and your order has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to submit an address update request.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped? 

Unfortunately, we can not modify an order once it has left our warehouse.
