We are so sorry your little one's items arrived damaged or defective. Please visit our Returns to submit a request. Simply select "Damage/Defective" as your reason and upload a quick photo so we can make things right.
NOTE: our pajamas are designed with a snug, cozy fit for safety and comfort, a tight feel is a normal part of the design rather than a defect. Additionally, natural wear and tear or the unique, hand-crafted elements of our designs are what make each piece special and are not considered manufacturing flaws
