Can I use my own shipping label?
Yes, you can! But you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We cannot reimburse third-party shipping fees.
How do I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your items and determine it meets our Return Guidelines, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
- Standard Payments: Refunded directly to your card or account.
- Gift Cards: Keep prepaid cards until the funds are restored.
- Afterpay: Your balance updates automatically upon approval
