How do I use Happy Returns? 

Go to Happy Returns to begin.

Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code.

Choose any convenient Return Bar location for drop-off — no packaging or label needed.

Free returns only apply to drop-offs at Return Bar locations.


To find the nearest Return Bar, simply visit https://locations.happyreturns.com/ 

If you are returning nine or more items, you will need to submit two separate return requests.


Can I use my own shipping label? 

Yes, you can! But you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We cannot reimburse third-party shipping fees. 


How do I get my refund? 

After we receive and inspect your items and determine it meets our Return Guidelines, we’ll issue your refund to the payment method used at checkout.

Gift Cards: Keep any prepaid gift cards (Visa/AMEX/MC) until the balance is restored.

AfterPay: Your Afterpay account will be automatically updated once we approve the return.

Note: Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is finalized.



Non-Returnable items:
