Our Return Policy: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. If your item was part of a set, the entire set must be returned 

Non-Returnable items: Final Sale items; Baby Bee Box & Baby Bee Bags Gift Set; Gift Cards; and any specialty products and giveaways

We only accept returns for items purchased on burtsbeesbaby.com

Our Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer exchanges after purchase. 

To help you get the correct item, we recommend sending back your original item for a refund using Happy Returns and placing a new order
