How to Tell if Your Item Has a Defect or Was Damaged
We stand behind the quality of our products, and we want to make it right if something isn’t as expected. To help us assist you quickly, it’s important to understand the difference between a defect, damage, and normal product characteristics.
⚠️ Important: Any defect or damage must be reported within 30–45 days of receipt to be eligible for review.
✅ What Is a Defect: A defect refers to an issue that occurred during manufacturing. Examples include:
Fabric flaws or tears (before washing or use)
Construction issues, like broken zippers or faulty snaps/buttons
Misaligned seams or trims
Uneven or irregular stitching

🚫 What Is Not a Defect: These are not considered defects and are not covered under our quality control:
Shrinkage within 2–5% (normal for cotton fabrics)
Wear and tear from regular use or laundering
Fading, pilling, or stretching over time
Items that no longer fit after wear or washing
Design details like unfinished hems or exposed edges
Print placement variations (e.g., upside-down elements on two-way prints)
Color differences due to natural dyes or lighting
⚠️ What Counts as Damage: Damage refers to harm that happens after the item leaves our warehouse, either during shipping or while in use. This includes:
Stains present upon delivery (e.g., oil, dirt, discoloration from transit)
Torn packaging that causes damage to the item
Cuts from opening packages with sharp tools
Mildew or odors from improper storage
Pet damage (chewing, fur, scratches)
Laundry-related damage (bleach stains, color bleeding, heat warping)
Tip: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the item before discarding anything. This helps us file a claim with the carrier if needed.
