Please allow up to 72 hours for a package to arrive after it has been marked as delivered. In some cases, carrier may update the delivery status prematurely while the package is still in transit, and it may be delivered later that day or the following day.
In the meantime, we recommend checking your mailbox, around your property, and with neighbors or building management, as packages are sometimes left in alternate locations.
