🔓 How do I redeem my rewards?
Make sure you’re logged into your account using the same email used to place your orders
All available points can be applied during checkout (just look for the option!).


🛑 Note: Some promotions or programs may not be combinable with Honeybee Rewards.


Why can’t I see my points?
Not seeing your Honeybee Points in your account? Let’s check a few things:

Did you create an account using your email?
Points only begin to accrue after you create a Honeybee Rewards account with a valid email address. 

New members: You’ll receive 25 points for creating an account after your first purchase is made. 

Note: Logging in through the Shop App does not automatically enroll you in our rewards program—you’ll need to create an account directly with us.


Orders placed before your account is created are not eligible for points.

Were you logged into your account?
Be sure to log in using the same email you used to place your order.
Note: Points cannot be transferred or merged across different email accounts.

🛒 Did you check out as a guest?
Guest checkouts do not earn points automatically.
Please CONTACT US and we’ll help apply eligible points.

📦 Has your order shipped?
Points are awarded 24–48 hours after your order ships.

📝 Did you leave a product review?
• Purchase points post within 48 business hours of shipment.
• Review points can take up to 14 days after submission.
• Only reviews submitted via the review request email (sent post-purchase) are eligible for Honeybee Points.

Do Honeybee Points expire?
Yes — points expire 365 days after the date they’re earned.

🔁 Can I transfer or merge points across accounts?
Unfortunately, no — points cannot be transferred, gifted, or merged between different email accounts.

🔄 What happens to my points if I cancel or return my order?
• If your order is canceled before it ships, your points will not be deducted.
• If you return an item you used points on, those points will be forfeited and not returned to your account.
