How to redeem your store credit or gift card? 

Log into your Burt’s Bees Baby account using the same email where your store credit or gift card was issued. After adding your items to your cart and completing your purchase selection, proceed to checkout.

At checkout:

• If store credit is available, you’ll see an option to apply it directly.
• For a gift card, simply enter the gift card code in the designated field.

Note: Store credit cannot be used toward the purchase of another gift card.

Getting 15% Off Your First Order: 

• To receive 15% off your first purchase, you must sign up for both Email and SMS during the same session. Discount code will be sent via SMS. 
• If you sign up for only one (Email or SMS), you will receive 10% off instead. 
• This offer is valid for new sign‑ups only.

Note: Please allow 30–45 minutes for your discount code to be generated and sent after completing your sign‑up.

Do You Offer Any Special Discount Programs?

Thank you for checking us out! Currently, Burt’s Bees Baby™ does not offer specialized discount programs for:

• Teachers
• Healthcare workers
• Military families
• Families with multiples (twins, triplets, etc.)

We truly appreciate the importance of these roles and value your interest.
