Submit a manual request via our Gift Returns. Make sure all required fields are filled out so we can quickly locate your order. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

Items considered eligible must be unwashed, unworn, free from debris including pet hair, and have original tags or packaging. The entire set must be returned if you purchased a product as part of a set. Underwear may be returned if all items are unworn and in the original packaging. 

Items marked Final Sale items; Baby Bee Box® Deluxe Gift Set; Baby Bee Bags Gift Set; Premium Baby Shower Gift Set;  Gift Cards; and any specialty products and giveaways

Your return will expire two (2) weeks from the issue date, please return back promptly as we cannot reauthorize expired returns. Any items received that do not meet the conditions, do not have prior authorization, or are outside of the timeframe will not be credited, or returned.
