Damage or DefectUpdated 2 months ago

We stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to love every item you receive. If something doesn’t look or feel right, we’re here to make it right. To help us assist you quickly, here’s how to tell the difference between a defect, damage, and normal product characteristics.

Issues must be reported within 45-60 days of delivery to qualify for review.

What Counts as a Defect

A defect is an issue that happened during manufacturing. Examples include:

  • Fabric flaws or tears present before washing
  • Broken or faulty zippers, snaps, or buttons
  • Misaligned seams or trims
  • Irregular or uneven stitching

What Is Not Considered a Defect

Some characteristics naturally occur with everyday wear or due to the nature of our fabrics. These are not considered defects:

  • Normal shrinkage (2–5%)
  • Wear and tear from regular use or laundering
  • Fading, stretching, or pilling over time
  • Items not fitting after washing
  • Variations in print placement
  • Color differences from natural dyes or lighting
  • Design details like raw hems or exposed edges

What Counts as Damage

Damage happens after the item leaves our warehouse. Examples include:

  • Stains upon delivery
  • Shipping‑related damage
  • Cuts or snags from opening the package
  • Mildew or odors from storage issues
  • Pet damage
  • Laundry damage (bleach marks, heat damage, color bleeding)

Tip: Keep photos of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged.
