Start Your Return: 

Ready to return? Head over to Happy Returns to get started. Just enter your order number and ZIP code, then drop your items off at any Return Bar - no box or label required! 

Free returns only apply to drop-offs at Return Bar locations.

If you are returning nine or more items, you will need to submit two separate return requests.


Can I use my own shipping label? 

Yes, you can! But you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We cannot reimburse third-party shipping fees. 


How do I get my refund? 

After we receive and inspect your items and determine it meets our Return Guidelines, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. 

  • Standard Payments: Refunded directly to your card or account.
  • Gift Cards: Keep prepaid cards until the funds are restored.
  • Afterpay: Your balance updates automatically upon approval

Note: Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is finalized.


Non-Returnable items:
