Our Return Policy: 

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. If your item was part of a set, the entire set must be returned 

Non-Returnable items: Final Sale items; Baby Bee Box & Baby Bee Bags Gift Set; Gift Cards; and any specialty products and giveaways

We only accept returns for items purchased on burtsbeesbaby.com


Our Exchange Policy: 

We currently do not offer exchanges after purchase.


What should I do it my item is damaged? 

In the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please submit a request for a resolution here Product Inquiry Form

NOTE: our pajamas are designed with a snug, cozy fit for safety and comfort, a tight feel is a normal part of the design rather than a defect. Additionally, the unique, hand-crafted elements of our designs are what make each piece special and are not considered manufacturing flaws


Authorized Retailer Return: 

If your item was purchased through one of our authorized retailers, we recommend contacting the retailer directly for the quickest resolution. They are best equipped to assist with returns, exchanges, and potential manufacturing concerns in accordance with their store policies.
